Prodigy has been fantastic to work with. Alex gave us competitive quotes and fast scheduling for both a tankless water heater and a mini split installation. When other house issues came up, they responded quickly and took care of them. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Alex was great. My air conditioner decided to stop working on a weekend. He was able to find the part that broke and got it back up and working.

My air went out and I called Alex he came out right away, found the problem, and fixed it. Then he fixed our thermostat and cleaned out the ducts! He went above and beyond for us, he could have just fixed the capacitors and left, he didn’t have to stay and put in a new thermostat for us or clean out the ducts but he did, which I thought was great customer service (myself being in the customer service field for over 25 years). He took his time and helped us out. I would recommend Prodigy Heating and Air to everyone. Alex did a great job and he is very trustworthy. Thank you so much Alex!!! You are Awesome!!

3 people came to install my new heating and AC system. Very professional and courteous. Questioned them about there experience and knowledge of Systems. They did the installation in a day. I was very satisfied with there work. I would recommend this Company to anyone that's looking for a new system.

Alex is always prompt and accurate.

I recently had Prodigy Heating and Air Conditioning install a new Amana HVAC system, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The quality of the work was top‑notch, and the attention to detail was obvious from start to finish. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly, offered multiple options, and made sure I understood each one. After doing my own research and getting several quotes, he was the only person who took the time to lay out choices without trying to push me toward the most expensive option. That honesty meant a lot. It’s rare these days to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and genuine integrity, but Alex absolutely does. The installation is flawless, the warranty is excellent, and I never once felt pressured. I wholeheartedly recommend Prodigy to anyone looking for HVAC work—they truly go above and beyond.

Service was thorough, friendly and explained well.

Came out late at night to fix my A/C unit. Had the part in stock and 30 minutes later we got cold air again!! AMAZING JOB!!

Great to have an honest HVAC service. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Great company.

Very polite and professional. Did not try to Sell me anything I did not need. In and out. Fixed the ac issue quick.

Highly Highly recommend. Would definitely call again.

Everything went great! Fast service, reasonable pricing, and quality work. Alex was a pleasure to work with. He had fast response times to questions, quick at home estimates, and clean honest work ethics. I will be going with this company for the rest of my HVAC needs, highly recommend!

Prodigy Heating and Air Conditioning is the one and only company I trust with my heating and air conditioning needs. Alex, my technician, is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. And the prices are reasonable. I will not use or trust anyone else from here on out.

Great service. On time, knowledgeable.

I can confidently say that I highly recommend Prodigy to anyone looking for HVAC work. Alex installed a new furnace, A/C system, ductwork, and air filtration system in our home. He was punctual, communicated clearly about what needed to be done and why, and was professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The end result made a night-and-day difference compared to our old system. Everything works great, and the new installation looks fantastic as well—especially compared to the outdated equipment it replaced. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience

Alex has been great at every visit and very knowledgeable. He has done a great job of explaining his work.

Alex is top notch! He truly goes above and beyond for your services. He’s very knowledgeable, reasonably-priced, and is able to get to your service call quickly. He has worked on our A/C, duct work, and water heater and we plan to use him for all our needs with these items in the future!
